Orientation Process

Our orientation process is divided into two separate phases:

1. Classroom Training is first and covers topics dealing with MLSS Operations, OSHA Components, Incident Command Training, Emergency Driving Training Program, Medical Documentation and HIPAA regulations.
2. Field Training Orientation, once completed with classoom orientation the new employee is scheduled for an objective based orientation aboard an on-duty Paramedic Unit. Candidates are teamed up with a Field Training Officer and Paramedic Supervisor to guide them through this process.


Upon successful completion of field Training, the new candidate can now start their EMS career with Mobile Life Support Services.
